Dhoop sticks I am using from last 3 years, it’s very good quality, please don’t give small steel plates, it’s no use. Previously you were giving mud stands it’s good to hold dhoop stick

My order number is 12135. I have ordered on 5th aug and till date ( it's almost 20 days) not received any communication. I tried to reach out through phone number but no response... again I tried to reach through WhatsApp but no response. I emailed as well but no response. It's my prepaid order. I don't know what happened.
Request team to please refund my amount. It's my humble request.
