My order number is 12135. I have ordered on 5th aug and till date ( it's almost 20 days) not received any communication. I tried to reach out through phone number but no response... again I tried to reach through WhatsApp but no response. I emailed as well but no response. It's my prepaid order. I don't know what happened.

Fragrance is good, only drawback is it doesn’t comes with stand. Five star if it comes with a stand.

What is the weight of dhoop Sticks box & how many sticks in a box

Dhoop sticks smell very pleasant. Our whole family liked the different type of the smell of dhoop sticks. Melodious mallige is my favourite and lavender too. Must buy.
