FICCI FLO

FLO is a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and it was established in 1983. It is an organisation for women all throughout India. Flo is present in 16 cities throughout India at the moment. 

The members of Flo mainly consist of professionals, executives and entrepreneurs. Flo was established with the objective to include, uplift and encourage women to show their skills and talents across industries and sectors. 

FLO has been promoting entrepreneurship and professional excellence among women through workshops, seminars, conferences, training etc. for years. Therefore having become a member of this organisation we were able to push their mission of promoting equal opportunities for women and economic empowerment. We work at the grassroot level with Parikrama by training ladies in many flower making techniques such as garland making, bouquet making etc, how we package our flowers, how to measure them and more for better employment opportunities. With training these ladies we not only are giving them a life skill but also an opportunity to earn their own living.
